This hotel was gorgeous in every respect, had extremely friendly staff at the reception desk. The breakfast was very tasty and at 9.15am. This was an incredible location short walk to a well maintained gardens, the Solent View restaurant, and shops. I had coffee at Ciao Belli, located within 15 minutes walk.
